3 Axles Full Trailer Truck Introduction

The full trailer truck only needs to be linked with the tractor truck with a hook, the cargo box (can be hung one or more) load is borne by the trailer itself, the tractor only needs to provide power and steering can be. The cargo box railing plate of this full trailer is made of transverse corrugated board. After we replace the corrugated board from the original plain carbon steel to high strength steel for lightweighting, the resistance to compression and deformation within the plastic deformation is greatly improved, and the carrying capacity is also greatly enhanced. There are pins on the left and right side of the cargo box, so it is very convenient to dismantle the cargo box rails for transportation of various cargoes. At the same time, the bottom of the cargo box adopts thickening design, which can greatly improve the service life.

Laser Cutting Tech

The laser cutting machine can precisely cut and process the semi trailer frame with advanced CNC technology and excellent laser cutting head. Automatic Submerged Arc Welding Tech

Flatbed trailer adopt the automatic submerged arc welding can achieve continuous and stable welding, greatly improving the production efficiency. During the welding process, the arc is buried at the bottom of the weld, which can achieve better welding quality control and avoid the appearance of quality problems such as porosity and slag entrapment. Submerged arc welding is suitable for welding various materials, including steel, aluminium, copper, nickel alloy and so on.

Shot Blasting Tech

Semi trailer shot blasting technology is a steel plate surface shot blasting cleaning technology, in the high-speed rotation of the wheel, through the high-speed blast steel shot, semi trailer surface dirt and oxidation layer removal, so as to improve its surface roughness, enhance the paint adhesion. This is also an important reason why our TRUCKMAN flatbed trailer paint life is longer.

Electrostatic Spraying Tech

Electrostatic spraying process is a newer type of spraying process, the spraying effect can be as smooth as mirror. Compared with the adhesives in traditional paint, powder coating by electrostatic spraying is more environmentally friendly. The coating is plump, even, flat and has stronger adhesion. The entire semi trailer achieves improved performance against corrosion and rust. Our full trailers can be transported in frame ships, which are based on standard containers with the top and side walls removed, breaking through the closed nature of traditional containers. The bottom of the frame container is made of extra-thick steel, can withstand the weight of very heavy items. Frame ship transportation has fixed schedule, fixed port of call, fast shipping time, etc., which greatly saves time cost and transportation cost for customers. A certificate of origin is a document provided by an exporter and issued by a notary public, a government or an exporter that certifies the origin or place of manufacture of goods.CNCA is a Cargo Certificate issued by the Angolan Customs for maritime cargo destined for Angola. The certificate is handled by the consignor or intermediary and contains information such as the name of the ship, voyage, bill of lading number, ship's registration and container type. Failure to present the CNCA certificate will result in serious consequences and fines. All our trucks are certified in Angola and meet the requirements of the local customs, and we do this free of charge for our customers, so they can have complete peace of mind.
