Production Process:

1). Coarse Crusher
Preliminarily crushes waste tires, rubber scraps and other materials to obtain rubber powder particles with a certain particle size.

2). Screw Conveyor
Used for conveying rubber powder particles, which can control the conveying speed and flow rate of rubber powder particles.

3). Fine Pulverizer
The rubber powder granules are further processed into fine rubber powder.

4). Air Separator
Using the principle of aerodynamics, the rubber powder and impurities in the mixed material are effectively separated through the centrifugal force of high-speed rotation and the shear force of the air flow.
