As an part of the dump truck, the cargo box is very important. A strong cargo box can create good economic benefits for users and reduce unnecessary problems. TRUCKMAN dump truck cargo box material use the manganese steel Q355, more durable than Q235 material. And use the robotic automatic welding tech, confirm the cargo box does not crack in future use. SHACMAN Dump Truck Rust Proof Packaging
The truck rust prevent work very necessary, the seawater can easily corrode the truck's chassis components and electrical circuits, which can shorten the life of the truck and affect sales. So we sprayed the entire truck with antirust wax, first of all to insulate it from the humid air at sea. Next, a waterproof tarpaulin was applied to prevent the antirust wax from being washed off the surface of the truck by the sea. This protects the truck.
SHACMAN Dump Truck Shipping Details
The SHACMAN truck shipment can via different vessel, such as bulk cargo vessel, container flat rack vessel and RORO vessel. Each vessel advantages and disadvantages as follow:
1. Bulk cargo vessel: This type vessel freight cost is very low than others, but the timeliness is very poor and often delay. The good thing is that there are very many of these vessel to choose from.
2. Container flat rack vessel: This is usually the vessel of choice when a bulk cargo vessel is not available. Its timeliness is very accurate and the transport is fast, the only disadvantage is that it is very expensive.
3. RORO vessel: The RORO vesse is a professional vehicle transportation vessel, with a very high timeliness and speed of transport, and very low cost at the destination port, but with very few voyages and high freight cost.
CNCA is a shipping certificate prescribed by the Angolan Customs for maritime cargoes destined to Angola. The certificate is handled by the consignor or intermediary and includes information such as the name of the vessel, voyage, bill of lading number, ship's registry, and type of container. Failure to present the CNCA certificate will result in serious consequences and fines. All of our trucks comply with Angola certification and meet the requirements of the local customs, and we do it for our customers free ofcharge, so our customers can have complete peace of mind.

The ocean bill of lading is a receipt issued by the carrier or its agent to the shipper, confirming that the carrier has received the goods listed in the bill of lading and has loaded them on the ship. The bill of lading proves the transportation contract relationship between the shipper and the carrier, and records the information of the goods in detail, such as the name of the ship, the flag of the ship, the name of the carrier, the name of the consignor, the loading port, the destination port, the name of the consignee, etc. With the bill of lading, the customer has the ownership of the goods.
