1. High-efficiency shift grinding technology: Our CNC worm gear grinding machine adopts the advanced creep feed grinding technology - shift grinding method. The machine's grinding wheel spindle can reach a maximum speed of 7,000rpm, while the dressing hob speed ranges from 3,000 to 6,000rpm. This design not only realizes high-speed, high-efficiency precision grinding, but also significantly improves productivity.

Advanced technology to enhance precision: By adopting an electric spindle direct drive system, online grinding wheel dynamic balancing technology and a full closed-loop control system, this gear grinder significantly improves positioning precision, transmission precision and grinding precision. These advanced technologies ensure that every grinding operation meets the highest quality standards.
3. User-friendly operator interface: Based on the in-depth secondary development of the Siemens 840DSL system, we have equipped the machine with a highly intuitive operator interface. The grinding process can be started easily by simply entering workpiece parameters, grinding tool parameters and process parameters. In addition, the interface supports the correction of teeth of any shape, which significantly reduces the skills required of the operator and makes it possible for anyone to carry out complex grinding tasks efficiently.
