2. Features
High operating temperature, the maximum operating temperature of the graphitization furnace can reach 3000 ºC in a short time, and the long-term operating temperature is 2500 ºC to 2850 ºC; The furnace body has good airtightness, fully sealed structure, with vacuum exhaust system and argon replacement system for protection The purity of the gas in the furnace;
Energy-saving and electricity-saving, using electromagnetic induction heating method to directly heat the graphite boat, with high thermal efficiency, energy-saving and electricity-saving. The temperature rise rate is high; the product production cycle is short. Using special infrared temperature measurement technology, PID segmented program controls the heating curve. The temperature control is accurate and the error is small. The safety is high, the double-layer stainless steel furnace shell is adopted, the interlayer is cooled by water, and the temperature of the furnace shell is lower than 50ºC. It is equipped with air pressure, water pressure and high temperature alarms, and is also equipped with an overpressure relief device.
