Cleanroom Pass-through Box made of stainless steel plate, smooth and clean.The double door interlocks with each other, effectively preventing cross-contamination. It is equipped with electronic or mechanical interlocks and equipped with an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp.

Product information Pass box is a kind of assistant equipment for clean room. It is mainly used to pass the small articles between clean room and unclean room or two clean rooms. Because of interlocking system, it can reduce the cross pollution.

The Electonic/Mechanical Interlock System can prevent cross-polution by isolating the pass box from outside environment. And without the close of door, the door on the other side will be firmly locked.
The 5mm double layered tempered glass can provide a clear view of inside of the pass box. The black lining design can isolate outside well and make the windows looks good at the same time.
The well-designed arced/rounded corner can provide a smooth and enjoyable experience of passing items through the box. The design of non-dead-corner can also make the cleaning simple and efficient.
The pass box has durable hinge with special design to confirm the function of keep the closing and sealing strong and reliable. The hinge is produced by anti-rust and anti-corrosion alloy to make it can perform well for a long time.
The pass box can install Siemens' Smartline PLC as its controller. The PLC have featured functions such as Switching Valve Control, Digital Valve Contrel, etc.
The pass box is produced by 304 Stainless Steel, and Epoxy Powder Coat is also available. The material is combined with precise producing technique made quality durable and reliable. The 304 Stainless Steel also provided the pass box anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance.
The high energy-efficiency LED light is installed inside the pass box. The embedded structure can save more space for the inside space of the pass box. The LED light also featured with UV germicidal fuction.
The interal structure is smooth and exquisite, it provides a large space and good visual performance. The structure also make the installation simple and reliable.

Q3. What is your lead time?
A3: If you are a cleanroom project including AHU, lead time is 35 days.
If you buy goods without AHU, lead time is 10 days.
Q4. How long is your warranty? What kind of after-sale service can you provide?
A4: Our warranty is 2 years since the project done.
During the warranty time, if anything has problems, we will replace it.
If you can't handle it, we will send engineer come to solve it without any charge.
Q5. Can you do cleanroom validation?
A5: Yes, we can provide the documentary of DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ. Also FAT & SAT. Product operation manual, maintenance guidance and whole set clean room drawings.
