Porcelain Pin insulator
Pin insulator consists of insulation parts and steel feet. It is a kind of rigid insulator that uses steel feet fixed inside the insulator to install the insulation parts rigidly on the supporting structure. An insulator may consist of one or more insulating parts permanently connected to each other. The insulating part of porcelain insulator is porcelain, and the surface is usually glazed with brown or white glaze. The fixation of porcelain parts and feet may be either detachable or permanent (pin insulators with adhesive feet).
Porcelain insulator is a special insulating element, which can play an important role in overhead transmission lines.
High voltage line Pin type porcelain insulator is used for high voltage overhead power lines with power frequency voltage of 6 ~ 20kV to insulate and support wires.
