The ZRT direct drive motor is a top-notch servo solution that delivers outstanding performance with ease. It is available in two types: inner rotor and outer rotor, making it suitable for a wide array of uses. With sizes ranging from 60mm to 500mm and torque levels from 10N.m to 6000N.m, there are numerous options to select from. It offers precise accuracy of up to ± 6arc-sec and repeated positioning accuracy of up to ± 1arc-sec, highlighting its precision, strength, and minimal axial radial runout.
A standout feature of the ZRT motor is its ability to achieve high torque density thanks to its unique design, which includes a long diameter, short length, and multiple magnetic poles. This motor can serve as a versatile divider, providing programmable fast division capabilities that outperform traditional mechanical or variable reluctance technology dividers. It can also substitute mechanical transmission components such as gearboxes, synchronous belts, and rack and gear reducers. Mainly utilized in automation equipment and CNC machines, the DD motor plays a crucial role as an indexing component.
