Product Description
ZRT direct drive motor provides a high-quality, user-friendly servo solution with options for inner rotor and outer rotor types. With sizes ranging from 60mm to 500mm in diameter and continuous torque from 10N.m to 6000N.m, there are more than twelve choices available. The motor offers precise accuracy up to ± 6arc-sec and repeated positioning accuracy up to ± 1arc-sec, known for its accuracy, stiffness, minimal axial radial runout, and other advantages.
The ZRT motor offers exceptional torque density due to its long diameter, short length, and multiple magnetic poles. It can function as a versatile divider, providing programmable fast dividing capabilities that outperform traditional mechanical or variable reluctance technology dividers. Moreover, it can replace mechanical transmission components such as gearboxes, synchronous belts, and rack and gear reducers. Primarily utilized in automation equipment and CNC machines, the ZRT motor serves as a critical indexing element.
