The YZYX190WK automatic temperature control oil press is designed with new direct-coupled motor reducer, which is strong and durable.The transmission is smooth and high efficient. The structure is compact, safe and reliable.
The motor on YZYX190WK is equipped with a soft-start protection device to achieve smooth start. The motor is effectively protected and its service life is extended.
The YZYX190WK is equipped with main shaft heating device, which directly heats and maintains the temperature of the screw shaft in the pressing chamber. It has high thermal efficiency and low heat loss.
This model is an extended four-stage pressing oil press. The material embryos are pressed in the pressing chamber with a long pressing stroke and high pressure, thereby improving the oil output efficiency and reducing the residual oil rate of the dry cake. At the same time, the wearing parts are made of high-quality alloy steel, which significantly improves the use life.
This model has obtained the national appearance patent (2024 3 00589650) and multiple utility model patents (2024 2 02107089, 2024 2 02107036, 2024 2 02107002).
