Metal fiber sintered felt(also named stainless steel fiber sintering medium) is made of metal fiber in micrometer through webbing, lapping and high temperature sintering.
Metal fiber sintered felt has pore grades formed by layers of different pore size that can achieve higher filtering accuracy and larger dirt holding capacity than single layer media, and can maintain the filter function of filter cloth, it has excellent structure with three dimensional network, porous structure, high porosity, large surface area.
Metal fiber sintered felt has uniform pore size, high permeability and strong mechanical strength.
Therefore metal fiber sintered felt effectively overcomes the defects such as metal mesh easy to plugging and damage,the powder filter product is fragile and small flow rateit is not only resistant to corrosion and high temperature, but also can be welded, folded and reused.
Metal fiber sintered felt is an ideal high efficient filter media suitable for working at high temperature and high pressure.

HSC3 series is characterised by very high porosity and extremely high Dirt Holding Capacity.
It is pleatable and has a multilayer structure.
The medium is suitable for use in lower pressure applications, for example monomer filtration in polymer processing.
Because of the high porosity it can be compressed in high pressure applications, resulting in decrease of filter rating.

even at high hydraulic pressures. Due to an improved cleaning performance, the total filter lifetime increases. It is an optimal product for polymer filtration with pleated candles and spinpack.

Burning series of Iron-Chromium-Aluminum fiber sintered felt is a metal fiber sintered felt with long service life, environmental protection, energy saving, high temperature resistance, deformation resistance, no carbon deposition, good toughness, foldability and uniform pore size distribution. Purification series of Iron-Chromium-Aluminum fiber sintered felt is widely used as a filter purification material in chemical and Euro IV diesel exhaust devices. The porous body of the Ni-Cr-Al alloy has a three-dimensional network structure. The pore size is 0.1 mm and the porosity is 85%, which is a preferred choice for use as a monolithic catalyst support material.
