Q1: How does your price compare with other factories?A: As a reputable forklift manufacturer with over 12 years of experience in production and export, we are confident in offering you a more competitive price than other factories.
Q2: How is your delivery time?
A: Under normal circumstances, we can deliver regular machines to our clients within 30 days. This is possible because we keep common parts in stock, allowing for a quick turnaround time. For special order requests, we will do our best to deliver according to the confirmed date.
Q3: How soon can you respond to client inquiries?
A: Our team consists of diligent and dynamic individuals who work tirelessly, 24/7, to promptly respond to client inquiries and questions.
Q4: Which payment terms can you accept?
A: We generally work with T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) terms, and sometimes DP (Documentary Payment) terms.
(1) For T/T, we require a 30% down payment in advance, with the remaining 70% balance to be settled before shipment or against the copy of the original B/L (Bill of Lading) for long-term cooperating clients.
(2) For L/C, we can accept a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank. Please consult your individual sales manager for further guidance.
Q5: Which Incoterms 2010 terms can you work with?
A: As a professional and sophisticated international player, we can handle all INCOTERMS 2010 terms. However, we typically work with regular terms such as FOB (Free On Board), CFR (Cost and Freight), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), CP (Carriage Paid), DAP (Delivered at Place).
Q6: How long will your price be valid?
A: We pride ourselves on being a fair and reasonable supplier, never seeking windfall profits. Generally, our prices remain stable throughout the year. However, we may adjust our prices in two situations:
(1) Significant fluctuations in the USD: MB exchange rate.
(2) Manufacturers/factories adjusting machine prices due to increasing labor and raw material costs.
Q7: What logistics methods can you work with for shipment?
A: We offer various transportation options for shipping forklifts and other MHE (Material Handling Equipment) products.
(1) For 80% of our shipments, the machines are transported by sea to major continents such as Europe, North America, Africa, South America, Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia. This can be done either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment.
(2) For neighboring countries of China, such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we can send the machines by road or railway.
(3) For urgent demands of light spare parts, we can utilize international courier services such as DHL, ***, UPS, or FedEx.
