Product Features:
When producing ice, the ice plate is temporarily closed, and water is sprayed from bottom to top into the ice chamber at -25ºC to create pure and transparent ice cubes with almost 100% impurity removal.
After ice formation, the ice plate is heated with high-temperature hot air to de-ice, allowing the ice to drop into the storage refrigerator by gravity.
This ice maker produces rectangular and large cube ice, making it ideal for bars, clubs, Japanese cuisine, cafes, and other establishments.
