32% Cu Impregnated Graphite Scrubber Applied on High Speed Train Pantograph
As an important current-receiving component directly in contact with the main line catenary, the receiving carbon slide plate is installed on the uppermost part of the receiving grid. Our company mainly supplies two kinds of carbon skateboards:
1) Pure carbon graphite skateboard
Use a certain proportion of pitch coke, petroleum coke, graphite powder, carbon black or hard carbon to mix with each other, press and shape it first, and then put it into a high-temperature sintering furnace for roasting. The product can be used on the bow after reprocessing.
2) Copper-impregnated carbon skateboard
This type of slide not only combines the characteristics of high mechanical strength and low resistance of powder metallurgy slides, but also combines the self-lubricating ability of pure carbon slides and the characteristics of less wear on overhead contact nets.
Metal bracket combined with landing gear, now have 3 kinds popular choices:
1. Aluminium bracket.
Aluminium has a lower weight, suitable for lightweight application requiremnts, and no corrode or rust normally.
2. Galvanized Steel.
The galvanized layer can effectively isolate the steel from direct contact with the external environment, preventing oxidation and corrosion, especially in humid or corrosive environments.
The galvanized layer does not affect the basic physical and mechanical properties of steel, and still maintains good weldability, machinability and formability.
3. Copper-plated steel
Copper-platedsteel maintains the high strength and hardness of steel and is suitable for applications that require high strength. At the same time, its good welding performance and electrical conductivity also excel in special occasions.
