TD1310 Precision AC/DC Standard Meter

1. Summary

TD1310 is an AC/DC reference meter, which integrates AC/DC reference voltmeter, AC/DC reference ammeter, small-signal voltmeter, AC/DC electric energy measurement, ripple measurement, harmonic measurement and other functions. It is applicable to calibration of AC/DC current source, AC/DC voltage source, AC/DC power source and assessment of AC/DC electric energy metering device.

3. Applications


Note: When using TD1310 to calibrate electrical  measuring devices or resistors, it is necessary to match the corresponding test power supply.
 
  1. Assessment of electric energy metering device: TD1310 can be used as a high-level electric energy standard meter to assess the verification device of AC electric energy meter, DC electric energy meter, standard electric energy meter, electric vehicle charger tester and other equipment. Its DC+AC measurement mode is also particularly suitable for the verification and calibration of DC electric energy meter verification device with ripple detection function.
  2. Calibration of electrical measurement standard source: Direct verification or calibration of AC/DC voltage source, current source, power source, etc
  3. Calibration of electrical measuring instruments: it can be used as a standard meter to verify or calibrate voltmeter, ammeter, ohmmeter, power meter, power factor meter, frequency meter, phase meter, transmitter, sensor, etc. with a test power supply.

4. Characteristics


 Wide range current measurement
  1. Direct current measurement:Use a pair of quick connect terminals to directly measure 10 μA ~ 120 A(DC); 10 μA~80 A (AC) wide range (AC) current.
  2. Current conversion measurement:It can be equipped with a precision current transducer (TH0540) to expand the current range to 500 A, 1 kA or even more.


 

AC and DC comprehensive measurement
  1. The instrument supports DC, AC and DC+AC measurement modes, and the AC fundamental frequency is 40 Hz~1 kHz.
  2. When measuring voltage or current, the measurement of distortion and ripple can be completed synchronously. The maximum measurement bandwidth of DC ripple reaches 5 kHz. AC supports the measurement of the 2nd~63rd harmonics.
  3. DC+AC measurement function is very suitable for verifying the verification device of electric energy meter with ripple or harmonic output function



 

 Precise small signal voltage measurement
  1. Support small signal voltage measurement of 0.1 mV~12 V (DC) and 2 mV~10.2 V (AC), and can withstand overload signal of 150 Vpk at most.
  2. Application scenario 1: It can be used to calibrate shunt or other I/V transformer with stable large current sources and precision current transducer.
  3. Application Scenario 2: With its own precision voltage measurement function, it can be used to assess the verification equipment for indirect connected DC electrical energy meters.
 

 Power calculation function
 
  1. The instrument has the power calculation function. Users can connect voltage divider, shunt, transformer and other range extenders externally, set the ratio k and offset b, measure the secondary output signal x of the extender through the instrument, and then calculate the actual value of the primary power to be measured according to the function f(x)=kx+b.
 

 DC ripple/AC harmonic measurement
S/NFunction declaration
1With DC ripple measurement function, it can measure ripple content in the range of 1 Hz~5 kHz.
It can display ripple waveform in real time, and measure RMS and P-P of ripple.
2The AC electric quantity measurement also has the oscilloscope function, which can display the waveform of the measured AC signal in real time.
3Calculate THD/T (harmonic vs. full wave) and THD/F (harmonic vs. fundamental wave) harmonic distortion.
4The amplitude (RMS), content (%) and phase of the 2nd~63rd harmonic of each phase voltage or current can be analyzed in real time.
5The spectrum of each harmonic is displayed visually in the form of histogram (fundamental wave is 100%).
 

 Data statistics and analysis function
