Haichen Servo energy-saving 310Ton injection molding machine is designed to achieve significant energy savings by utilizing servo motor applications.

Unlike ordinary engines, the flow rate and speed of the oil pump in a servo engine can be adjusted according to the requirements, effectively reducing energy consumption.

In contrast, ordinary injection molding machines run continuously, even when the machine is not in motion, leading to constant motor rotation.

A servo injection molding machine, on the other hand, utilizes power only when necessary for different actions. Consequently, when the machine is not moving, the servo motor completely stops, resulting in energy savings.
