1. Determine the type

4. Switch socket injection moulding process
Switch socket injection moulding process is producing plastic products by inserting the plastic granules, raw polymer resin granules are melted into a liquid and injected into a mold, where the plastic takes the desired shape. heating them, cooling them and finally giving the shape and size of the required plastic products. It is the rapid method of producing a large number of plastic products with high precision.
5. Assembly and finishing
Once the light switch socket and any necessary metal parts have been fabricated, the switch can be assembled. The metal parts are inserted into the housing and the light switch covers are wired and tested to ensure proper operation.
