Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A1: We are a direct helmet factory, In order to reduce the corporate tax burden, the finances of our factory and foreign trade department are kept separate and independent. Secondly, our factory has been cooperating with many well-known brands for many years, and they do not allow us to promote it, then we registered CGPRO SPORTS in 2016 to take orders for overseas business. A2: Yes, product customization requirements such as helmet color, helmet accessories, logo, graphics, package are welcomed.
We also provide new product development service if you need to re-design the product in order to differentiate from the market, from drawing, 3D scanning, prototype, mold making, test sample to mass production.
Q3: Do you offer ODM SERVICE?
A3: Yes, To meet different customers' needs, usually we reinvest 20% of our annual revenue for new product development. Supported by a team of 15-20 highly qualified engineers. we design and develop new public molds every season.
Q4: Can I request a sample?
A4: Yes! We offer charged samples according to the clients' requirements. The stock samples will be shipped to you within 24 hours after order confirmation (if without any logo). The samples are delivered by couriers with freight collect.
Q5. How about your production delivery time?
A5: Our normal Production Lead Time is 35-40 days upon deposit.

- If you received any negative feedback about quality from users,you can send a new one to the customer and we will send a new one to you as compensation!
Q7: What's the shipment method do you offer?
A7. For sample order, we use courier like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, EMS. You can also arrange your forwarder pick the goods from us. we also ship goods via china post for Brazil and Russia customers, it is easy to clear customs.
