Perforated Plate Structured Packing is a style of the structure packing. Perforated Plate Structured Packing is made of a thin metal plate being punched and corrugated. As there are many small spines due to surface pitting, the separation efficiency are improved with prolonged retention time on the surface and more sufficient exchange of vapor and liquid drop. The diameter of the punched hole is 4 ~ 5mm, which is usually made of ultra-low carbon corrosion resistant stainless steel material, used for oil industry, fine chemical industry, pharmaceutical equipment, etc.

Metal Wire Gauze Structured Packing is excellent for applications that require a large number of theoretical stages, lower pressure drop and small overall packed bed heights. The packing is manufactured from specially woven wire gauze that is pressed into smooth plates, uniformly perforated, corrugated and stacked with corrugations in alternate directions. This construction promotes intimate gas/liquid contact. It is well suited for applications that require high separation efficiency and minimal hold-up.Woven structured Packing is available in a wide range of metal and alloy materials.
