The QL Series Hydraulic Chain Cutter is designed for cutting high-strength chains used in coal mines and other industries. It can operate using the existing emulsion fluid pump station in underground coal mines as its power source. For areas lacking a power source, an external hydraulic pump station with a pressure of 20-30Mpa can be connected.
During use, simply connect the pressure source to the inlet of the intensifier with a quick coupling. Typically, it takes only about one minute to cut through a single chain link, offering a highly efficient, user-friendly, and secure cutting solution.
The device includes an elastic reset function, a specially reinforced steel blade, a safety pressure relief valve, and a safety locking mechanism, all complemented by a handle for easy portability. This makes the process of chain cutting remarkably simple.
2.Durability: The cutting body is made from heat-treated mechanical castings, and the cutting head is made from a special material, enhancing both strength and toughness.
3.Adaptability to Various Working Media: It can operate with fire resistant hydraulic fluid (HFAE) and hydraulic oil , suitable for various conditions.
4.High Safety: Operates through cold cutting without producing sparks, making it suitable for flammable and explosive environments.
5.Low Hydraulic Requirements, High Pressure Gain: Low hydraulic pressure requirements, with a supporting booster that can increase pressure up to 65Mpa.
6.Rapid Cutting: Easy to operate, with a cutting process that typically completes within 1-2 minutes.
7.Protective design: Equipped with a protective cover to prevent injury from cutting process.
8.Safety Pressure Control: The booster features an automatic pressure relief function, relieving pressure at 65Mpa to prevent damage from excessive pressure.
