The induction coils have excellent workmanship and stable performance, and various non-standard induction coils can be individually designed and manufactured according to different user needs.
1. The induction coil of our company is made of a special high-quality square copper tube, and the maximum thickness of the copper tube is 8mm to ensure that the induction coil is not easy to break and deform;
2. The insulating column adopts 80*80 high-strength double-horse resin bakelite column, which is fixed with M16 copper screws, and the strength is extremely high and is not prone to distortion.

The contact part between the insulating column and the coil is covered with a 15mm thick high-quality phlogopite plate, and the copper screw is separated from the insulating column with a phlogopite sleeve and a phlogopite pad to ensure that the insulating column will not be carbonized and sparked;

4. The outer layer of the induction coil is sprayed with Dote anti-arc insulating paint from DuPont, so as to ensure that the coil no longer ignites and greatly prolong the service life of the induction coil!
5. The induction coil has passed the vacuum helium leak detection and the triple inspection of pressure resistance and water flow before leaving the factory, which completely eliminates the leakage phenomenon of the welding part of the induction coil;
