1. The five-axis cnc router with twin table operates by driving the tool along five coordinate axes, allowing for three-dimensional movement and precise cutting of challenging materials. This enables the production of highly accurate contours and profiles in the shortest possible time. Additionally, the machine can complete multi-face processing in a single clamping operation.
2. The SYNTEC five-axis linkage CNC system is utilized in this system. This machine combines power, speed, and precision, and can be enhanced with various functions such as dust collection, automatic tool changing, and RTCP.
3. This cnc router is capable of processing thermoformed plastic or composite material products, performing three-dimensional or multidimensional cutting, drilling, trimming, and other operations on uniquely shaped objects.
4. The RBT five-axis cnc router features an imported double swing head spindle, which allows for fast and precise movement with a 360° swing angle.
5. An optional 8-station tool magazine can be added to the machine, enabling automatic and rapid tool replacement.
6. There are two independent cutting platforms on the left and right. When one platform is working, the worker can unload and load the product on the other platform. It can largely save the loading time and increase the production efficiency . When process large workpieces, the left and right stations can be processed simultaneously as a single working table and the processing size of a single product is doubled in the X-axis direction.
