The structure of a deck crane mainly includes a base, rotating rod, boom, wire rope, and pulley system. According to the form of the boom, the crane can be divided into three types: straight arm, telescopic arm, and folding arm.
Telescopic arm type:

Straight arm type:
As a common type of marine lifting equipment, the marine straight arm crane consists of three main mechanisms: lifting, slewing, and slewing. This makes the operation more intuitive and simple, easy to operate and maintain, and reduces maintenance costs; The rotary hydraulic system can achieve 360 degree full rotation, with flexible operation and the ability to adapt to different working environments and cargo loading and unloading needs; In the design and manufacturing process, stability and safety were fully considered, and advanced technologies such as closed design and large-diameter outer tooth manganese steel turntable were adopted to ensure smooth operation even in harsh sea conditions.

The design of the folding arm allows it to flexibly extend and fold within a limited space, adapting to narrow installation spaces;

Adopting special anti-corrosion treatment and sturdy structural design, it can resist the erosion of seawater and harsh marine climate conditions. Having good stability and resistance to wind and waves;
