Roller Type Plate Leveler
Application Material: Cold rolled plate, Hot rolled plate, Galvanized plate, Stainless steel plate, Automobile beam plate, Aluminum plate etc.
ZW44 precise high strength roller leveler is specially designed to solve poor leveliing performance of high strength steelplates in Chinese market, it can carry out precise leveling of steel plates whose thickness range is 0.1mm to 120mm, width range range is 100mm to 4000mm and yield limit ≤1500Mpa.
Leveler is divided into 2 structures , 4 Hi type and 6 Hi type.
"N+2 roller " structure, is the best choice in China, which could solve the technical problems of big deformation and feeding difficulty of high strength plates. It meets the high leveling precision, stable performance strict requirements for normal steel plate and high strength plate.
