5-The main scope of supply
1.Pay-off :This part consists of steel stand, aluminum cover, brush and pay off guiding wheels.Pay off aluminum cover can be equipped with different sizes of brushes to match the tensions of different wire diameter. The thickness and density of brush is determined by its process.
2.Tinning part:Tinning channel center has ceramic guiding wheel, the wheel base can turn 120°, easy to thread wire. K type thermocouple measure temperature, digital temperature-controlled meter to control temperature automatic. When Copper Wire Tinning machine working, only need to set the temperature of tinning channel as the technique process, the control meter will control the temperature in certain degree, control rang0-400ºC.
3.Haul off part: This part consists of haul off reel, wire threading guiding wheels, shelf, transmission motor. The haul off device is to haul off copper wire in steady speed to finish the soft tinned copper wire, and control the tension.
4.Take up part : This part is made of take up reel, traversing part, shelf, etc. The take up motor is double instant torque motor, to fit different wire diameter requirement.
5.Electric control part: 3P, 380V power source, electric cabinet control
