Production process:
The molded septic tank is made of advanced fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) material through a precise molding process. The specific steps are as follows:
Mold design and preparation
The production process starts with mold design. According to the shape and size requirements of the product, high-precision molds are designed and manufactured. The mold is made of high-strength steel to ensure accuracy during multiple uses.
Raw material preparation
High-quality glass fiber and resin are selected as raw materials. The glass fiber reinforced material ensures the structural strength of the product through optimized arrangement; the resin gives the septic tank excellent chemical corrosion resistance and durability.
Molding
Laying glass fiber in the mold and pouring the resin mixture, the high temperature and high pressure molding process is used to solidify the material in the mold. This process ensures the sealing and strength of the septic tank and avoids water leakage and seepage.
Demolding and finishing
The molded septic tank is carefully removed through the demolding process. Subsequently, professional technicians finely trim and polish the product to ensure that every detail meets the design requirements and the surface is smooth and flawless.
