Main features
1. CNC control system, easy to operate, one-button order change, remote maintenance. Top screen displays the actual running speed and production quantity, easy to monitor.
2. Servo motor drives the phase adjustment, ensures accurate reset and overprint, fast order change.
3. No-crush lead edge paperboard feeding, without rubber roller feeding, without damage to cardboard, effectively protecting cardboard strength. Servo motor direct-drive of lead edge feeding, without mechanical wear, ensures stable and accurate feeding in long-term use. Dust removal device with large air fan and multi-row brush has a great dust-removing effect.
4. Emergency stop switch for each unit, ensures high safety protection.
5. Full vacuum adsorption paperboard transfer, ceramic transfer wheel with high wear resistance and good friction effect, ensures smooth and accurate paperboard transfer during high speed running.
6. Drying Unit: infrared ray drying system, manual/ auto temperature control device for production safety protection.

1.Q: What is your machine warranty period?
A: We insist only produce high quality machine with best price. We never produce low quality machine with lowest price. So we trust our machine quality well, we promised all of the machines we produce the warranty period is 12 months. Because we believe our machine quality, so we dare to Extended warranties!
2. Q: We do not know how to operate machine, how to deal?
A. We can send our engineer to your site and do the training for your men. You just only bear the cost for our engineer's air ticket, accommodation, food and transposition in your country.
B. You can send your men to our factory. We will teach them how to operate the machine without training charges.
C. Actually there are another cheap and easy way to choose. Every machine leave our factory with one book of operation manual. You can read through the manual first ,and get familiar with the machine. Then we can get a video call, and teach you on-line how to operate the machine.
3. Q: If the machine has some problems, during we using, how to deal?
A: 12 months for the whole machine. Within 12 months under normal use and maintenance, if something is wrong with the machine, you will get spare part for free. Out of 12 months, you will get spare parts at cost price. You will also get technical support and service all the lifetime.
4.How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority. We always regard great importance to quality controlling from the very small thing(even a small screw we will choose the best quality) from the beginning.
