Wood Veneer Adhesive is a high solids, single-component, special water-based polyvinyl acetate emulsion adhesive designed for manual veneer application.
Compared to ordinary universal adhesives, it features rapid drying (5-15 seconds with iron heating), excellent solvent resistance (no bubbling when painted), low application per unit area, outstanding heat resistance, and high strength. It also meets environmental standards.

Mainly used for manual veneer application on convex and concave surfaces, manual veneer edging, and veneer repair.
Especially suitable for applications requiring iron heating for manual veneer application, such as curved furniture veneering, resolving issues with paint bubbling. It can also be used for wood jointing, honeycomb sandwich panels, EVA materials, fiberboard, plywood, and fireproof board lamination.
Operating requirements
1.When applying adhesive manually or mechanically, ensure even application. The adhesive is thick; avoid excessive or missed application.
2.Apply pressure during bonding. Adjust pressure based on substrate thickness and material (reduce pressure for honeycomb sandwich panels). Cold pressing should be at least 2 hours; pressure time in winter should be longer than summer. Heat pressing temperature is around 90°C; specific time depends on material thickness, typically 3-5 minutes per millimeter.
3.After pressing, if veneer surface bulges, reassess heat pressing process and check moisture content of veneer and substrate. Store horizontally after pressing, avoid vibration, and allow at least 12 hours before further processing.
