Axial Fan

The production and inspection of cooling tower axial flow fans are based on the JB/T9099 "Cooling Tower Axial Flow General Fan" standard, which is used for industrial cooling tower forced ventilation regulations for circulating water systems with medium temperature below 75°C, relative humidity less than 100%.
Requirements:

1. Under the specified working conditions, the design service life of the fan and auxiliary equipment shall not be less than 10 years (except for wearing parts), and the safe operation time before the first overhaul shall not be less than 25,000/hour.
2. The effective value of the fan vibration speed should be: ≤4.6mm/s for rigid support and ≤7.1mmm/s for perturbation support.
3. The materials of all external parts of the fan should be corrosion-resistant or have anti-corrosion measures.
4. Under the design conditions, the selection of the oil fan should ensure that at rated transfer, under the condition of meeting the system resistance characteristics, by selecting to increase the blade installation angle, a 10% air volume margin and a corresponding 20% pressure increase can be obtained. The resulting shaft power is not used as the basis for determining the motor power.
5. The gap between the impeller and the wind tube should be uniform, and the radial single-side gap should be in the range of 0.3%-0.8% of the impeller diameter.
