Product Description

Wet type water tank drawing machine used for producing binding wire

It is the machine to draw wire thinner. By gradually pulling with stepped cone and wire drawing die, place the pulling head into the water tank, and finally pull the steel wire to the desired specifications. The entire drawing process is completely controlled by the mechanical speed difference between the main shaft of the drawing machine and the lower shaft of the drawing machine.

The feature of this machine is equipped with 2 tower wheels and a 45 kW motor. The wire winding machine uses a 4.0kW motor, which can achieve a wire drawing range from inlet 3.0 to 1.0mm. Its biggest advantage is the use of a separate trunk wire take up machine(Coiler). It can meet more production needs of customers.
