Carbonated water is water that has been infused with carbon dioxide gas under pressure.
This produces a bubbly drink that's also known as sparkling water, club soda, soda water, seltzer water, and fizzy water.Apart from seltzer water, carbonated waters usually have salt added to improve their taste. Sometimes small amounts of other minerals are included.Natural sparkling mineral waters, such as Perrier and San Pellegrino, are different.These waters are captured from a mineral spring and tend to contain minerals and sulfur compounds. They are often carbonated as well.
Water treatment device is the necessary and important part of beverage production.
1.Silica sand filter is the equipment of hermetically sealed chamber made of 1 Cr18NiTi stainless steel which is set inside
gritted rod,therefore get filltrated and clean.The equipment is widely used in petroleum industry,pharmaceutical industry wine-making industry and beverage industry.It is a ideal equipment to produce high quality water.
2.Active carbon filter.This filter is designed for drinking water treatment.It can clear away alien colour and foreign substance from the water and can remove heavy metal such as mercury,lead,cadmium,zinc,iron,manganese and Chromium,and hydrogenate,sulphide,small amount of remaining chlorine and so on.The filter is the ideal equipment for drinking water,foodstuff,beverage industries.
3.Sodium ion-exchanging device.The exchanging device is for reducing the hardness of hard water.Raw water goes through the exchanger from top to bottom,to be softened by the sodium ion-exchanger inside the device.The positive ions of Magnesium and Calcium are exchanged with that of sodium.Then the raw water becomes soft water containing very few ions of Magnesium and Calcium.The soft water can be used for feeding water of boiler and for some industrial uses.Due to its highly dissolving ability in water,sodium ions will not form hard sediment in the boiler and can be easily removed.Raw water shall be filtered and settled with almost on suspended before coming into the ion-exchanging device.After being softened in the device,the residual hardness shall be less than 0.03mg equivalent/L.
4.The Reverse Osmosis Device is an equipment to purify the saline water with the action of pressure dillerence of semi-permeable membrane.It is called reverse osmosis,as it is counter to nalural penetration direction.Different materials have different osmotic pressures.The reverse osmosis method to adopt large OsmOtic pressures is used to obtain the purpose to separate,extract,purify and 99% glues,microbe,particulate and organic substances and etc.Can be removed with the reverse osmosis.It becomes the most ideal equipment for modern program of pure water,hyper pure water,and alrspace water.The remarkable characteristics of the equipment are shown as lower energy consumption,no pollution,simple technics,high water quality,easy to operation and maintenance.
5.YF hollow-fiber ultrafilter.This ultrafilter adopts dissymmetrical semipermeable film which is made from macromolecule material with special process.The raw liquid flows under pressure,inside or outside the the film.The macromolecule substance and colloid particles in the raw liquid are clogged at the film surface and are brought away by circulating raw liquid.Then the raw liquid becomes inspissated,furthermore,the subtance in liquid is separated,concentrated.
6. Ultra-Violet (UV) Sterilizer
Ultra-violet sterilizer is ideal equipment for the sterilizing of water for beverage and food industries. It features speed, no change of physical or chemical properties of water, simple operation, automatic, and safety.
Structure and characters:It appears an enclosed unit consisting of the sterilizing tube, the electrical unit and the body.The sterilizing tube is enclosed with pressure and of stainless steel, which has good reflection of ultra-violet rays and is conform to food hygiene rules. Inside the tube are the ultra-violet light and the quartz glass tube. There are entry and exit on the sterilizing tube with stainless connects, seals and flanges.The electrical unit adapts to the requirements of ultra-violet sterilizing. There are Alarm, indicating Light and Voltage instrument in the unit. In some case, two ultra-violet lights can be applied for more volume treatment of water.

Filling principle:
The filling system consists of liquid tank, filling valve, liquid level control inside the tank and open-valve-device, close-valve-device, Clamp-bottle-neck-device (Patent No.: 200620072284.6) and cam device.
The bottle from the rinsing system is handed by the bottle-sweeping-wheel to the Clamp-bottle-neck-device of the filling system. Accompanying the clockwise rotating seat the bottle on the clamp-bottle-neck-device is escalated by the specific cam shape until the bottle head meets the filling valve seat tightly for the spring pressure of clamp-bottle-neck-device and then the filling starts.
Filling is of four procedures: Open valve for gas-in, Liquid-in and gas-out, Close vale and gas release. The filling valve employs the equal pressure principle and the devices for opening-valve, closing-valve and gas-release are all mechanical physical-touch devices. The four procedures for filling are as follows:
1) When the inspection bar is touched by the bottle head on the clamp-bottle-neck device, the sensor gets a signal and sends a command which leads the cylinder of open-valve-device to act to make the rotary handle turn a certain angle so that the valve is open and gas-cap is lifted for CO2 in the tank to be filled into the bottle meanwhile the valve for liquid-in is still at the closed state due to the pressure inside the tank;
2)When the pressure inside bottle reach the equal value of that inside liquid tank, the filling valve will open as the spring in the valve pops the valve plug up to let liquid flow in along inside bottle like an umbrella as well as to let the gas inside out through gas-release pipe to liquid tank;
3) When the filled bottle touches and presses the rotary handle of close-valve-device, the filling valve is closed and reset;
4) When the gas-release device presses the valve seat for gas-release in the filling valve, the pressured gas in bottle is released to the air and bottle is returned to its initial position.
When the filing is completed the filled bottle is returned to its initial height and will be handed to the capping system by the hand-over system between filling and capping.
