Machine heater plate surface is paint with Japanese PEFE and can butt fusion direclty or install sockets for socket fusion.
Welders for socket fusion welding are used for joining of pipes made from thermoplastic materials (most often from PP, PE, PB or PVDF) using fittings, which diameters of 16 - 160 mm are intended especially for internal distribution of water or for heating.
160mm Portable Plastic PPR Pipe Heat Fusion Welding Machine are based on the standard and regular hand-held socket welder with a new controller for overheat protection and easy operation.

160MM Butt Fusion Welding Machine KEY FEATURES
1. You can according to different pipe material to adjust the corresponding temperature , the temperature indicate on the digital display screen. Increased flexibility and combination options for every day use.2. Electronic intelligent control system , it can realize automatic temperature compensation.

9. In case the intelligent control device failure, there is the warning temperature. The warning temperature is based on setting temperature plus 30°C. When it happen , the heating panel will stop heating.( For example , if your setting temperature is 260°C , the warning temperature is 290°C).
