Kwikstage Scaffolding is a kind of quick assemble modular System scaffolding, 4 V shaped Pressing parts( stars) are welded along the standard poles at 0.5m intervals. Assembled with other parts like ledgers, diagonal braces, transoms and tie bars to form a modular module. Standard sizes are designed for each part.

1. System scaffolding:
 Include: Kwikstage system scaffolding and accessories; Ringlock system scaffolding and accessories; Cuplock system scaffolding and accessories; Haki system scaffolding and accessories.
2. Couplers/Clamps:
We can manufacture all kinds of drop forged or pressed couplers, include: British type couplers, Italian type couplers, German type couplers, American type couplers, and many other kinds of couplers as per your drawings.
3. Façade scaffolding:
Mainly include: European Façade Scaffolding, Italy type Façade Scaffolding, and some domestic frame scaffolding. 
4. Shoring Props
Quality shoring props of different specifications can be manufactured in our factory.
5. Planks/ Toe Board:
 Both aluminum and steel planks can be manufactured automatically in our factory.
6. Formwork Accessories:
  Both Forged wing nut and casted wing nut, steel rebar tensioner, Rapid Wedge Clamp and some other formwork accessories.
6. Others
We can also manufacture fences, ladders, steel trays/stillages and other related products that are needed in the erection of scaffolding.

Q2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit it? 
      It is located in Gaoxing Town, Rizhao City, Shandong Province, China. You can fly to Qingdao Airport or other airport and then fly to Rizhao Airport or take the bullet train to Rizhao Railway Station.

     Yes,  free sample are available upon request.

☆All Incoming Raw Materials Inspection:
 

• All Raw Materials come with mills certificate. Apart from this, our quality control personnel will also conduct inspection on each batch.

 

• After that, all raw materials check result are recorded and documented well to make sure that each batch of products that we make are traceable.

*  10 sets of mechanical arm welding machine to help achieve the fastest delivery. At least 3 times faster that hand welding;
* 6 sets of high speed laser cutting machine to do the work of drilling and cuttings. With those machine we can not only increase the production efficiency( 5 times faster that traditional cutting) but also improve the accuracy of the parts.
* 2 advanced automatic production lines to produce steel planks and aluminum planks, at least 10 times faster than traditional method. Your steel planks orders can always expect the fastest delivery.
 

• Regular Inspection on Each Procedure and Final Test in our Laboratory:

We check or inspect on each procedure during the production. And we do the final test in our own test laboratory to make sure that each piece that we are sending to our customers is 100% correct and up to the standard.

Each batch of parts are clearly labeled after regular inspection. If there is any item that fails the inspection, clearly marked to repair or discard.
