(c) High-strength screws are used for fixation, effectively elevating the column's rigidity and reducing vibrations during processing, ensuring stability even in heavy cutting scenarios.
(d) The shaft slint-bone structure is reinforced, significantly boosting the bed's rigidity, leading to more stable processing conditions and prolonging the machine's service life.

(3) Headstock
Designed for excellence, the headstock offers optimal contact with the column. Paired with a short nose-end Taiwan spindle, it provides superior chip cutting capability for Taijing tools, adeptly handling drilling, milling, tapping, boring, and more.

(4) Precision spindle with high precision, high performance and high stability
(a) The spindle set, crafted in Taiwan, uses a butterfly spring mechanism on the main shaft for tool retention. It applies tension through a four-jaw broach mechanism, perfectly aligning with the spindle's taper hole to secure the tool.
(b) Featuring a low inertia spindle motor, it offers quick acceleration, enhancing tapping speed and quality. The spindle is directly driven and equipped with an orientation function for precise operations.

(5) Machine tool protection

The lathe bed guide rail (XY axis) is shielded with stainless steel telescopic sheet metal, while the column guide rail (Z axis) features both organ and armor type protection. The machine's fully enclosed design prevents splashes of iron filings and coolant, ensuring a secure and comfortable working environment for operators.
