3G three screw pump features:
3G type three-spindle screw pumps include general design type 3G, marine usage pump 3GC and three screw pump of speciadesign.
The three-spindle screw pump is a positive displacement rotary pump. inside the pump casing, as the flanks of teeth of drive screwand idler screw are engaged and the screws are also matched with the three inset holes, several sealed moving chambers are thereby formed in between the pump inlet and outlet end. These closed chambers wil take the medium inside to move from the inletend axially and let flow pressurized progressively, to have a continuous, constant, axial flow pressured liquid.

Performance data:
The three-spindle screw pump are sutable for pumping various kinds of noncorrosive oil without contents of solid grains and liquidssimilar to lubricating oils, The viscosity of mediums to be conveyed range from 1.2 to 100"E3.0 to 760 cSt , liquid with a higherviscosity could also be pumped after heating up to lowering down the viscosity.
The flow range is 0.2--590 m?/h, and the maximur working pressure is 63 bar, The highest temperature is 150C.
Features:
1. Simple in construction: The pump has quite a few construction forms. General for smal flow range 0.2-6.5 m/h, pump casing andinsert is made in one part, Mechanical seal or packing seal is used as the pump shaft seal. Pumps of middle and big flow range havea separate insert to be fixed inside the pump casing, Big pumps are mostly of a double - suction design for horizontal installation. For different medium to be pumped mechanical seals or packing seals could be supplied.
For marine application pumps, installation forms could be horizontal and vertical, with marine AC and DC drivers.
2. Long life time: As the drive screw is driven by motor and there is no mechanical contact between the drive screw and the idler5crews: the idler screw are hydraulically driven by the pressured liguid; between the drive screw and idler screw, screws set ancinsert an oil film is formed, so the mechanical friction is minimized and a longer life is ensured.
3. The medium to be pumped is in a manner of constant axial flow movement, so the pressure pulsation is almost eliminatedmeanwhile the noise is lowered; and as the moving parts have a very little inertia, the starting torque and vibration silvery little.
4. Pump have a very high suction capability.
5. in order to ensure the safe working of pump, motor, piping system, pumps for a capacity higher than middle flow range are allequipped with safety valves, when working pressure is exceeding the seting pressure of valves, pressured oil will circulate back tosuction chamber.
Application:
Ship building: used for marine as cargo and stripping pump, ballast pump, lubricat-ing oil pump for main machine, feul oil transfer and spray pump,load or unload oil pump.
Power plant: Heavy and crude oil transfer pump, Heavy oil burning pump.pump.Chemical industry: Transfer for variovs acid,alkali solution,resin,colour,printing ink,paint glycirine and paraffin wax.
Oil refinery: Transfer for various heating oil, asphalt oil, tar, emulsion, asphalt,andalso loading and unloading various oil goods for oil tanker and oil pool.
Food industry: used for brewery, food products factory, sugar refinery, tin factory to transfer for alcohol, honey, sugar juice, toothpaste, milk cream,soy sauce, vegetable oil,animal oil and wine.
