Thermojinn Flake Ice Evaporator:
ThermoJinn flake ice evaporator produce fresh, clean & dry flake ice. Flake ice is flat, thin pieces of ice (1.5 - 2.2 mm), that are produced on a vertical drum. Flake ice is formed on the inner surface of the drum by pouring a film of water over it, then contact freezing it into a piece of ice. This ice is sub-cooled in order to make it brittle, and then cracked off by an ice blade, resulting in the ice falling into the storage bin.

Flake Ice :
Flake ice is thin, dry and loose white or translucent ice with low ice temperature. Good fluidity, large contact area with cooled objects, ensuring full contact with cold collections, good fresh-keeping & rapid cooling effect, and very conducive to storage and transportation; It is widely used in supermarket, medicine, meat product processing, fishery production and aquatic product processing, refrigeration , artificial snow industry and concrete cooling area.
