The 40 FS series of first stage gas burners is a full range of products that can adapt to any needs of light industrial applications. The 40 FS series is available in five different models with outputs ranging from 11 to 220KW in four different structures. All models use the same components that designed for the 40FS series. High quality ensures safe work. The 40 FS burner is equipped with a microprocessor based flame control panel with diagnostic functions. When developing these burners, special attention was paid to reducing noise, simplifying installation and adjustment, and achieving the smallest size to meet the needs of any type of boiler on the market. All models are licensed to the EN 676 European standard and comply with the European EMC, Low Voltage, Machine and Boiler Efficiency Directives. All 40FS burners are tested before leaving the factory.


The FS10 and FS20 models are also equipped with an RMG 88.620 A2 microprocessor control panel for intermittent operation monitoring. To help with debugging and maintenance, there are two main elements here. Switch: The lockout reset button is the central control element for resetting the burner control and activation/deactivation diagnostic functions. switch Light: The multi-color LED is the central indicator element for visual diagnostics and interface diagnostics.

GAS TRAINS:
The burners are fitted with a butterfly valve to regulate the fuel, controlled by the main management module
of burner through a high precision servomotor.
Fuel can be supplied either from the right or left sides, on the basis of the application requirements.
A maximum gas pressure switch stops the burner in case of excess pressure in the fuel line.
The gas train can be selected to best fit system requirements depending on the fuel output and pressure in
the supply line.
The gas trains are with or without seal control.
