Special Rollers Used in Industrial Applications:
TR-6, TR-8, TR-20
These rollers are specially designed for the industrial application. The rollers are rolling only.
Special uses in industrial applications:
1. Mixing of solid materials, solid-liquid, and thick liquid in industrial field.
2. In the field of battery production, used to mix battery active materials and additives to prepare battery electrode material slurries.
3. Chemistry Industry:mixing of different composition of viscous liquids, solid materials, liquid and solid materials.
Special design to accommodate more containers and efficient mixing:
1. The rolling tubes are not evenly arranged. Two of rolling tubes are grouped as one rolling groups. There are distances between the adjacent rolling tubes to accommodate the certain size of containers to avoid the interference between the adjacent containers. The design increases the number of the containers. For examples, compares the MTR and TR-6, MTR can only accommodate 4 of OD 90 mm, 150 mm length container, but 6 in TR-6.
2. The rolling direction can be different for the rolling group. In this case, users do not need to go to the control panel to set up the direction of rolling, but just simply switch the containers from a rolling group to another group with different rolling direction without stopping the machines while in low speed rolling.
3. The maximum rolling speed is 300 rpm/min (Standard package).
4. Rolling in two directions: Clockwise and anti-clockwise
5. The operation timer and Timer to set up the alternate rolling direction.
