- Beryllium X-ray windows maintain a vacuum in the X-ray detector to minimize X-ray scattering and absorption by air molecules and other contaminants.
- Made of Grade A oxygen-free copper, special isostatic pressing ceramics and high quality tungsten lamp material.
- Using highly sensitive helium mass spectrometry leak detector to detect leaks, dffectively prevent hidden leakage points, leakage particles.
- Ultra-high oil free vacuum system is adopted to guarantee the high vacuum of ceramic X-ray tube
- The installation size is consistent with domestic and foreign similar brand products, applicable to all kinds of NDT equipment
- Ceramic tubes are more portable than glass tubes for outdoor work
Beryllium Windows advantages
Beryllium windows are used in X-ray tubes because they are highly transparent to X-rays and have several other advantages:
Low absorption: Beryllium has a low atomic number and density, which means it absorbs X-rays very little.
High transmission: Beryllium windows transmit X-rays very well, especially when they are thin.
Shielding: Beryllium windows can protect hoods from electrons.
Target material: Beryllium windows reduce the loss of intensity in the target material's characteristic radiation.
Temperature performance: Beryllium performs well at high temperatures.
Imaging: Beryllium windows can improve the accuracy of imaging.
