GradeGrade Name Application
Catalyst DIMONDS® A1027An amine catalyst diluted in monoethylene glycol. Developed specially for using in microcellular polyurethane foams.
 DIMONDS® A1029  A delayed amine catalyst for microcellular polyester formulations including shoe soles. It can optimize longer cream times while maintaining the same demold time. 
 DIMONDS® A33/EG  It is intended for use in any polyurethane formulation extended with monoethylene
glycol (MEG). 
 DIMONDS® T9  Tin catalyst DIMONDS® T-9 (StannousOctoate) is designed for use in flexible urethane foam applications. 
 DIMONDS® A33/DPG  It is intended for use in any polyurethane formulation extended with DPG. 
 DIMONDS® A-TEDA  Triethylene Diamine (TEDA) catalyst is high-purity which is a very strong urethane (polyol-isocyanate) catalyst that can be used in a variety of polyurethane applications. 
 Silicone Surfactant   DIMONDS® AS193  Non-hydrolyzable silicone surfactant that has been developed for polyester-based microcellular integral-skin formulations. 
 DIMONDS® AS214    It is an silicone surfactant  for the manufacture of low density polyurethane shoe soles, it is preferably used in ester shoe sole systems. 
 DIMONDS® AS887  Used in flexible slabstock foam applications.This surfactant yields polyurethane foams having strong stabilization and good processing latitude in box as well as machine foams having density from 8 kg/m3 to 35 kg/m3.  
 DIMONDS® A8948/OC  It is an open-cell agent for the manufacture of low density polyurethane shoe soles, it is preferably used in ester shoe sole systems.
