The Side Well Aluminum scrap Melting Twin Chamber Furnace developed by Guangzhou Longxin Regenerative Industrial Furnace Co., Ltd. is mainly aimed at the melting of light and thin broken waste aluminum raw materials and aluminum scraps. It has the characteristics of low oxidation burning loss, high aluminum water recovery rate, low slag production, good environmental protection effect, high melting efficiency, low energy consumption, mechanized continuous feeding and melting, and reducing labor intensity. It is the most mature technology currently suitable for online aluminum scrap recycling.
The twin chamber side well aluminum melting furnace is composed of a heating chamber, a feeding chamber and a side pool. A partition wall is poured in the middle of the aluminum melting furnace, and channels are set up above and below the partition wall to connect the furnace gas and aluminum water of the two furnaces. The middle partition divides the aluminum melting furnace into two chambers, which are used as heating chamber and feeding chamber respectively. The heating room is responsible for rapidly increasing the temperature of molten aluminum; The feeding room is responsible for feeding molten waste aluminum raw materials. In order to realize the aluminum water circulating flow between the heating chamber and the feeding chamber, it is necessary to build side pools (including mechanical pump wells and vortex feeding wells) outside the heating chamber and the feeding chamber, and install aluminum water circulating mechanical pumps. The block and strip waste aluminum raw materials with large particles can be normally fed by opening the furnace door from the feeding room with a forklift; Light and thin broken waste aluminum raw materials are continuously and automatically transported into the vortex feeding well through the pre-treatment line. With the power of the aluminum water circulating mechanical pump, the high-temperature aluminum water is drawn from the heating chamber, enters the vortex feeding well, melts the light and thin broken waste aluminum materials, then enters the feeding chamber, melts the large and coarse waste aluminum materials, turns into low-temperature aluminum water, flows into the heating chamber again, and heats up again to raise the temperature, thus completing the cycle of high-temperature aluminum water melting the waste aluminum materials, realizing the process of melting the light and thin waste aluminum materials without open fire, and greatly reducing the oxidation and burning loss of the waste aluminum materials, Improve the yield of waste aluminum.
