Main structure and features
1.General
The machine center is compact. It is equipped the cross-slide structure, the sliding seat with stiffening rids and mineral casting base to achieve the best stability and to ensure the highest machining accuracy and surface quality.
Swiveling rotary table can make sure that complex part which only need to be  clamped twice at most, to reduce the clamping times and save machining costs.
2.Feed system
X, Y, Z axis feed system is equipped the imported roller linear guide and imported ball screw, with low dynamic and static friction, high sensitivity, low vibration at high speed, there are no creep at low speed, high positioning accuracy, excellent servo drive performance. The accuracy and accuracy stability of the CNC machine is significantly improved.
3.Measurement system
X, Y, Z axis is equipped the absolute linear encoder. In addition, B, C axis, namely swiveling rotary table is equipped the absolute circular encoder. This closed loop control to ensure the processing accuracy of complex parts.
4.Motor spindle
Imported motor spindle is equipped, its bearing preload can dynamically adapt to the processing process.
With COOLMOTION motor, it has the characteristics of high torque, high speed, compact structure and so on.
5.Tool magazine
Tool magazine is mounted on the side of column. After the motor spindle reaches the tool changing position, the tool changer unit (ATC) executes the tool return and load.

7.Chip conveyor
Equipped with scraper chip conveyor, located in the middle position of the bottom of the base, the chips are transported to the side of the machine through the chain scraper.
The chip conveyor is equipped with a front cooling pump for cutting fluid circulation.
The chip conveyor has a large conveying capacity, low noise, and is equipped with an overload protection device, which is safe and reliable in operation, and can be used for chips and rolls of various materials.
8.Tool cooling system
Standard configuration has external tool cooling system. Coolant and air spray through the adjustable nozzles on the front of the spindle head to cool the tool.
An internal tool cooling system can be selected, if internal tool cooling system is selected, a paper tape filter should be equipped.
9.Enclosure
The machine tool is equipped a cabinet, which prevents not only the coolant from splashing, but also ensures safe operation.

The full protection prevents chips and coolant from entering the inside of the machine center, to prevent the guide rail and the ball screw from being worn and corroded.
