Shanghai H-Ray S&T company produces its own PEM membrane electrode assembly (MEA), bipolar plates and coatings, fluid-dynamically optimized gas diffusion layer(GDL), reliable sealing and high consistency assembly of stacks as these are the core know-how of an electrolysis system. Ryzer PEM electrolyzer Portfolios are in-house developed, manufactured and tested product according to ISO and ASME standard, CE mark, DEKRA , TUV certification.
Ryzer® portfolios are designed for operation in any industrial environment taking into account every aspect for long-term economic viability. The entire system is designed for typical industrial lifetimes (as standard: 20 years for mechanical components), 24/7 operation, serviceability and remote monitoring. according to ISO22734, PED, ATEX,CE
The PEM stack is able to operate more than 80,000 hours or 10 years, whichever comes first, based on continuous full-load operation. Depending on the business case and the commercial calculations the stacks can be replaced at any time. The process part as well as the entire PEM electrolysis system ((System and BOP) is designed for typical industrial lifetimes > 20 years.
