With the demand of casting business and the improvement of casting quality, resin sand casting technology has been widely used. In order to reduce costs, save energy and reduce environmental pollution, especially with the increasingly perfect environmental legislation, the increasing awareness of environmental protection and the sharp reduction of resources, the recycling of resin sand and the treatment of "three wastes" has become one of the important subjects that the majority of foundry workers pay serious attention to and study. Resin sand equipment has been developed rapidly in recent years, and the completeness and completeness of the equipment are improving day by day. Basically, it can meet the requirements of use and environmental protection. But in general, these equipment are relatively huge, the investment cost is high, and they are suitable for large and medium-sized enterprises with a certain scale and economic basis. We have developed a set of economic and environmental protection resin sand production line suitable for foundry. The line equipment covers an area of less than 18m2, sand recycling rate of more than 95%, dust emission concentration is less than the national standard 150mg/m3, regeneration capacity of 5T /h, sand mixing capacity of 5t/h, can annual casting 1000 ~ 3000t. The line is composed of secondary regeneration (vibration regeneration + rotor regeneration), secondary dust removal (low resistance cyclone dust removal + bag type dust removal), magnetic separation, transportation, screening, quantification, sand mixing and other equipment, can be arranged according to the site conditions of a variety of line design.
