1. Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: We are a manufacturer and usually wholesale. However, trial is also accepted and welcomed!

2. Q: How can I pay for the order?
Answer: (1). Teleaphic Transfer(T/T): We accept 50% T/T deposit before production and 50% T/T balance before shipment. 100% payment before production for sample order
(2). Western Union (W/U): We accept 100% payment via Western Union.


3.Q: How much is the shipping cost?
Answer: (1). Shipping costs are based on the number of packages, the gross weight of those packages, the total package volume and the destination port.
(2). Unless you specify otherwise, we will pack your goods under strong export standards and your order will be shipped via the most economical carrier.

4. Q: How about the delivery time?
Answer: (1). Some products in our warehouse are European plugs, usually we need 1~3 days to replace the plugs and package them before delivery.
(2). For non-stock products, the delivery time is 15-30 days, depending on your requirements and quantity.
(3). When you need a product urgently, we will suggest you the fastest shipping method.
