Structure and working principle:
This machine is composed of peeling rollers, fans, and specific gravity sorting parts. It has a simple and compact structure, easy operation, stable performance, and safe and reliable.
Working principle: Cocoa beans are fed evenly into the hopper first, and the peeling rollers roll and peel the skins. Then the ventilator uses wind power to suck the peeled skins to the outside of the machine for storage. The peeled cocoa beans are discharged through the material port. By adjusting the wind force and the peeling gap size, the peeling and kernel separation can be achieved.
