The advantage of Intensifier pump
1.Intensifier is originally imported from American company. Advanced structure, reasonable high stability.2.Single row water filtration system (5Micron, 1micron, series connection) minimize the damage and reduce the impurities in high pressure seals, nozzles and other parts.
3.A10V071 automatic variable oil pump have pollution alarm, oil cooling and oil temperature and alarming function, to make sure the continuous operation.
4.Few wear parts in the intensifier, operation cost is low. The service life of wear parts is long so that the intensifier maintenance cost is less.
5.Schneder electrical components ensure the high performance.

The advantage of 70 degree five axis cutting head

5. Height tracking system
Characteristic of 60000 PSI servo direct drive pump
1.Energy saving: The main motor adopts a torque motor of 15kw, compared with the motor of the 37kw hydraulic high pressure intensifier system, the power consumption can be saved by 60%-70%
2.Environmental protection: using servo direct drive, self- cooling system, no hydraulic system. As we all know, hydraulic
intensifier system must be filled with 110L of anti-wear hydraulic oil to work, and the heat generated by the hydraulic oil is
also cooled by the oil cooler. The direct drive pump is no heat generation and no cooling system. And saving the using cost.
3.High efficiency: Direct drive pump provides a higher pressure output ratio, cutting speed is 20%-50%faster than the same
equipment in the market.
4.Low noise: almost no noise when working.
5.Small weight: The total weight of the direct drive pump is less than 600kg, and the movement is flexible. The weight of the hydraulic intensifier pump is 1000kg.
6.Cost saving. The servo motor high pressure intensifier pump will adjust the speed according to the current pressure and
discharge rage to achieve stepped power consumption, and the power consumption is less during the intermittent period.
7.Stable working pressure. The servo motor has fast response speed, the pressure fluctuation of the intensifier pump is small, the cutting effect is good, and the speed is fast.
8.Self-protection system. The servo intensifier pump has strong anti-overload ability. When the voltage is unstable, the servo motor will protect itself and provide error codes to solve the problem. Ordinary motors are easy to burn out or even cause fires.
