25% Tilmicosin Oral Solution , Poultry Veterinary Medicine For Mycoplasma Disease

Indication:

For first-line control and treatment of Bovine Respiratory Disease (BRD). Also used for the treatment of respiratory bacterial diseases in large ruminants, caused by Pasteurella miltocida, Mannheimia (Pasteurella) haemolytica, infection processes associated with Haemophilus somnus, Histophilus spp. etc.

Contra indications:

Hypersensitivity or resistance to tilmicosin.
Concurrent administration of other macrolides or lincosamides.
Administration to animals with an active microbial digestion or to equine or caprine species.
Parenteral administration, especially in porcine species.
Administration to poultry producing eggs for human consumption or to animals intended for breeding purposes.
During pregnancy and lactation, use only after a risk/benefit assessment by a veterinarian.

Side effects:

Occasionally, a transient reduction in water or (artificial) milk intake has been observed upon treatment with tilmicosin.

Dosage:

For oral administration.

Withdrawal times
For meat:
Calves : 42 days.
Broilers : 12 days.
Turkeys : 19 days.
Swine : 14 days.

Warning:

1. Keep out of reach of children.

2. Do not permit water runoff from feedlots to enter lakes, streams or ponds.

3. Do not contaminate water by direct application or the improper disposal of drug containers.

Dispose containers in an approved landfill or by incineration.

Stored in a cool and dry well-closed container. Keep away from moisture and strong light/heat.

Two years when properly stored.
