Tumbler screen is a very widely used machine in sorting technology, high screening efficiency. The cylinder of the tumbler screen is generally divided into several sections, depending on the specific situation, and the screen holes are arranged from small to large, with the same aperture on each section. Tumbler screen mainly has motor, reducer, drum device, frame, sealing cover, inlet and outlet.
According to the demand, the tumbler screen can be designed as shafted type and shaftless type, and the circular vibration machine supports special customized production.
The drum device of the tumbler screen is mounted on the frame at an angle. The electric motor is connected to the drum device by coupling through the reducer, and drives the drum device to rotate around its axis.
