Product Description
Single cone double screw mixer is a new type of mixing equipment, also known as single cone double screw mixer. The machine is highly adaptable to the mixture: it will not produce overheating phenomenon for heat-sensitive materials; it will not press feed and grind for granular materials; it will not stratify and dissociate from the mixture composed of materials with different specific gravity and particle size; it also has good adaptability to the mixing of various granular, fibrous or flaky materials such as coarse, fine and ultra-fine powders.
Structural principle
Single cone double spiral mixer is driven by the reducer to drive the mixing shaft, the spiral belt on the mixing shaft drives the material up and down, the central spiral pushes the material downward, and the outer spiral belt lifts the material upward along the cylinder wall.
